Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and courteously.
• Analyse customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
