Our client based in Biggleswade is looking for a Production Operative Manufacturing who has experience with the injection moulding manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material. This is a temp to perm role; if you are looking for a steady position, apply now.
Hours of work: Night 23:00 - 7:00, Afternoon 15:00 to 23:00, Mon - Fri, 40 hrs.

As an Operator - Manufacturing, you will work under direct supervision to set up, monitor, and operate various types of equipment in our manufacturing facility. Your role will support safe, reliable, and high-quality production, ensuring compliance with manufacturing and engineering requirements.
As an Operator - Manufacturing you will be responsible for:
- Setting up, monitoring, and operating various manufacturing equipment
- Operating multiple machines at once, as required by production needs
- Conducting quality assurance tasks in accordance with manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements
- Reading and interpreting routine instructions accurately
- Performing basic mathematical calculations to support production tasks
- Using general hand tools and precision measuring equipment effectively
- Operating material-moving equipment and overhead cranes or obtaining required certifications
This is a full-time onsite manufacturing role.
