We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including materials handling, stock management, and shipping and receiving activities. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity within a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience is highly desirable, along with familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting and packing various equipment
  • Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Performing general warehouse duties, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • Maintain confidentiality in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Reliable and flexible for potential OTE
  • Able to work with accurate attention to detail
  • Fit, active, and able to work on their feet
  • Keen eye for detail and take pride in doing the job right
  • Thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
  • Either hold a DBS or are willing to obtain one
  • Ideally drive, to ensure reliability
  • Experience in dealing with integral parts and assembling complex tasks together
