Position: 360 Recruitment Consultant

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, including a 30-minute unpaid break per day. Out-of-hours service required.

Reports to: Branch Manager

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 with commission.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment services. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. You will also work to exceed KPIs and maintain compliance with legal and internal standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a good understanding of the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment campaigns, including advertising, interviewing, and candidate onboarding.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell services within client organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs related to candidate placements and client billings.
  • Provide out-of-hours support on a rotational basis.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Generate new business through sales calls, marketing, and networking.
  • Negotiate service agreements and fees with clients.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and progress on the company’s CRM system.
