Reach Truck - Hemel Hempstead
Position: Term-to-Perm Reach Truck Driver - Experienced
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Pay: £16.13 per hour
Working Hours: 6:00PM - 2:00AM
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
Contract: Temporary, with the possibility of an extension
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Reach truck Driver to join our long-standing client in Hemel Hempstead.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating Reach truck safely and efficiently
- Carrying out routine forklift checks and reporting any faults or issues
- Loading, unloading and moving stock around the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Supporting general warehouse duties when required
- Working flexibly across different areas of the operation
- Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines
- Working effectively as part of a busy team
Requirements
- Valid Reach truck Licence (out-of-house)
- Previous experience operating a reach truck
- Warehouse or production experience preferred
- Good understanding of forklift safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
- Strong awareness of your surroundings and workplace safety
