The role

We're looking for a Subscriber Manager to ensure our clients unlock the full value of CORQ's insights and tools. You'll be the bridge between our intelligence platform and clients through onboarding new users, driving adoption of CORQ GPT and supporting users to get the most value out of their subscription. This is a client-facing role for someone who's curious, proactive and genuinely excited about helping people solve problems with insights and technology. You’ll report to the Head of Growth and have the opportunity to learn about product development in the AI age.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive adoption, education and engagement
  • Onboard new subscribers with tailored training
  • Monitor usage patterns and proactively reach out to under-engaged accounts
  • Deliver tutorials and best-practice guides based on user feedback.
  • Build relationships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for subscriber queries and feedback
  • Host regular check-ins and Q&A sessions
