Empowering HR Leaders with Wellbeing Workshops, Seminars & 1-on-1 Support for Healthier Workplaces. We are growing our associate network and are looking for self-employed, accredited Mental Health First Aid facilitators to deliver MHFA training and Mental Health Champion programmes for corporate clients across the UK. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building mentally healthy workplaces and empowering employees to act as trusted points of contact within their organisations.

What You’ll Be Delivering

  • Accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training for selected employees (MHFA England certification or recognised equivalent required)
  • Mental Health Champion programmes, training employees to become internal, trusted points of contact for mental health support
  • Structured, interactive sessions aligned with organisational needs and best practice
  • Safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed learning environments

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Are an accredited MHFA instructor (MHFA England or equivalent)
  • Have experience delivering training in corporate or professional settings
  • Are confident facilitating sensitive and sometimes complex conversations
  • Have a background in mental health, wellbeing, coaching, psychology, HR, or L&D
  • Take a trauma-informed, inclusive, and practical approach
  • Are comfortable delivering sessions online and in person
