Corpus Christi College has vacancies for 1 Part-Time Bedmaker and numerous Casual Bedmakers. Main duties involve daily cleaning of rooms, offices, toilets, and staircases. Applicants must have experience in a hotel, college or similar environment and will be able to demonstrate excellent cleaning skills including knowledge of chemical handling. A vocational qualification is also desirable. There will be some weekend working required.

You will be reporting to the Deputy Housekeeping Manager and will be part of a team of 24 staff, 7 of whom work at Leckhampton House the post‑graduate site and the remaining at Old House for the undergraduates. You will be working both on your own and within your team to provide a first‑class cleaning service for the College.
Applicants must have the ability to work on their own in a student & learning environment, be conscientious, hardworking, and reliable. There will be a certain amount of climbing of staircases and carrying bulky items as well as busy conference periods. Flexibility is key to being successful in this role.
