At Corpus Christi, we know that behind every confident child is an adult who believed in them first - and many of those adults work quietly behind the scenes, making sure each day runs smoothly so children can truly thrive.

As our Office Manager, you won’t just be managing systems or coordinating tasks; you’ll be shaping the daily experience of pupils, families and staff. Your ability to bring order to busy moments, guide and support teams with kindness, and keep the school running with warmth and professionalism plays a crucial part in helping our children learn, grow and feel valued.

Corpus Christi Catholic Primary School is a nurturing, friendly and ambitious community where every child is known and every member of staff is appreciated. We are looking for someone who brings heart as well as skill; someone who understands that excellent management helps create the stable, joyful environment children need to shine.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the heartbeat of school life, ensuring each day runs smoothly so staff can focus on teaching and children can flourish.
  • Hold responsibility for key school systems, keeping information accurate, secure and up to date to support the wellbeing and progress of every pupil.
  • Coordinate a wide range of administrative, HR and finance tasks, helping the school stay organised, responsive and ready for whatever the day brings.
  • Guide and support office and site teams, creating a warm and positive working atmosphere where colleagues feel valued and able to do their best.
  • Help maintain a welcoming and safe environment, working closely with staff and the Trust to ensure our school is a place where children can grow with confidence.

What you’ll enjoy:

  • Children who are enthusiastic, kind and eager to learn.
  • A genuinely supportive and collaborative staff team.
  • A school where wellbeing and professional trust are valued.
  • Opportunities for training, development and growing your expertise.
  • A strong sense of community where every member is known and valued.

This is a position with real purpose - one where your work helps create the calm, welcoming and supportive environment that makes school feel like a safe and positive place for everyone. If you’re looking for a meaningful role where what you do truly matters, we would love to hear from you.
