Candidates must have:
- High Level Teaching Assistantqualification or similar qualification/experience
- The ability to be self-motivatedand driven to support the needs of all children
- The ability to cover classes fromYears R-6
- Enthusiasm and relevant knowledgeto teach across variety of curriculum areas
- To plan and lead anextra-curricular activity twice weekly
- To be creative and knowledgeable todifferent strategies to use within the classroom, as
well as strong behaviour management skills
- To be proactive and work as a goodteam player with members of staff and children
