Position – Experienced Telesales New Business Development Executive
Corptel have a great opportunity for an experienced New business development Executive to join our Sales team at our offices in Leigh, Greater Manchester.
The role will grow from new business development to a telesales account manager position as the candidate develops a spending customer base and demonstrates their knowledge / experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B telesales, with a background in selling IT and Telecoms products and services being an advantage, but not essential .
Being self-motivated is a key aspect of the role as the right person will want to grow a large account base from the data that we provide and must be experienced at actively negotiating business opportunities.
It is essential that you are a highly organised individual that sets personal goals to achieve the company sales targets, while also setting and achieving your own targets for self-development and growth.
A successful customer base is developed through proactive telephone conversations and follow up email correspondence which will be targeted through KPI’s: minimum of 2 hours call time per day, or a minimum of 100 outbound calls, which in turn should mean around 4 new accounts opened per week, and monthly profit targets.
Once an account base has been developed you will then manage all the accounts that you have established.
You will need the ability to sustain strong customer relationships and grow these as the position evolves into an account management role.
These accounts will be nurtured via proactive telesales calls to your customer base and by negotiating commercial terms to increase turnover and profitability.
