Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join us as a Weighbridge Security Officer in Uttoxeter to operate weighing plants and issue measurement tickets. You will work – 60hrs per week, Mon-Fri, 0600-1800.

What you will need
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- A valid SIA Front-Line License – essential.
- A Full manual UK Driving License – essential.
- Experience with Weighbridges and excellent front of house Knowledge – essential.
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
- Able to achieve a DBS and vetting to BS7858 Standards.
What are you going to do
- Identify the different types of material to apply the correct load tolerances.
- Follow rules and regulations regarding vehicle weight limits.
- Remove bundles from loads where necessary whilst observing for any errors/omissions.
- Ensure drivers who arrive on site have the correct PPE.
- Issue correct loads by reviewing reference numbers.
- Ensure any scrap metal is recorded accurately and applied to the correct debt/location.
