Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to oversee the successful delivery of contractual requirements, ensuring the protection of the client’s assets and staff.
Liaising and working very closely with the client & key stakeholders within both Corps Security and client to ensure a holistic approach toward the Security operation.
You will be working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 with occasional out of hours requests - subject to operational demand.

- What you will need
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- A valid SIA Front‑Line License – essential
- A valid SIA CCTV License – desirable
- Previous Security Management experience
- Full UK Driving License
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e. g. Excel)
- Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
- What are you going to do
- Ensure all contractual service delivery measurables are fully met in line with the client’s expectation
- Management of account wide employee relations, with the support of the CORPS HR team
- Ensure all training needs and areas of development across the account are identified and met
- Completion of regular, periodic operational reviews to ensure standards are met and maintained across the account
- Continuous delivery of industry and business-related innovation to improve efficiencies
- Management of contract finance from site level, tracking of all expenditure and additional to contract requirements
- Acting as primary point of escalation for all incidents, acting as ‘Bronze’ level liaison between the business and the client. Incident management, co‑ordination, and escalation
- Oversee all investigations into reports of theft / loss / misconduct etc.
- Production and presentation of all contractual security reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Overseeing the management of the staffing roster at least 3 months in advance, highlighting any concerns to ensure that the account is always staffed as per the contractual requirements
- Coordinating periodic out of hour visits to ensure that operating standards are maintained outside of management hours
