What we are looking for

Friendly, customer‑service focused Front of House Security Officer who can ensure consistent service delivery, manage incidents professionally and adhere to escalation procedures. You will actively support security operations, collaborate across departments, and fully understand the site culture.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high performance, professionalism, and customer service.
  • Follow operational instructions (alarm responses, building access, production) and external regulations.
  • Report and Escalate issues following the Chain of Command.
  • Produce clear operational reports within required timeframes.
  • Understand and apply site systems and procedures.
  • Build relationships with internal and external guests to enhance security provision.
  • Communicate changes in building occupancy, set‑up, and productions, ensuring information flows up and down.
  • Maintain safety and security through integrated security systems.
  • Liaise with supervisors, Corps Security, and management on building maintenance and H&S issues.
  • Coordinate with external authorities including police.
  • Follow all policies and procedures.
  • Provide immediate response to minor/major incidents (medical, fire, crisis).

Qualifications & requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
  • Valid SIA Front‑Line Licence – essential.
  • Ability to achieve SC Clearance.
  • Confidence and ability to establish effective relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and handle pressure.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Capability to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards.
