Who are we looking for?
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Account Manager in Nottingham to manage the provision of Security & Business support services to clients ensuring specific contract and Company performance targets, both financial and operational, are consistently met and/or exceeded. Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships is essential, as is the ability to keep up-to-date with market changes and opportunities such that Corps Security is retained as the security provider of choice to our customers.
You will work 45 hours per week, Mon to Fri, 0800-1700, Flexibility required.

What you will need:
- A valid SIA Front-Line License SG/DS – essential
- Full UK Driving License – essential
- IOSH Certificate – desirable
- Computer literate
- Well versed across Microsoft platforms
- Security management experience
- Reporting skills both verbal and written
- Experience in chairing client meetings
- Proven track record of managing security teams in a corporate environment
What are you going to do:
- To liaise and meet with customers and key clients on a regular basis to review & record contract performance, agree budgets and ensure quality standards are consistently maintained, leading to contract retention.
- Through direct site visits and/or via the Duty Managers – via SMART Task, ensure the safety & well-being of both customer staff & Corps colleagues.
- Monitor and manage revenue and costs in line with the current contract costing model and prepare monthly forecasts in line with accounting requirements.
- Ensure monthly meetings are planned with all clients and both KPI and meeting minutes are completed.
- Lead, manage and motivate direct reports including goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, coaching and development planning.
- Identify areas for additional business, from both current & potential customers, and provide ongoing support to the Business Development team.
- Check and maintain the accuracy of the monthly & ad hoc invoicing to clients.
- Check, maintain and administer pay for all responsible colleagues; minimising pay queries, via reconcilliations.
- Adhere to the Company\’s policies and procedures.
