Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly skilled individual to ensure the safety and security of people and the premises during large scale events. This role will be seasonal with shifts typically being 8+hours.
We are looking for Stewards (SIA Licensed and Non Licensed) as well as Team Leaders.

What you will need:
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
  • A valid SIA Front-Line License
  • NVQ Level 2 of 3 Spectator Safety - desirable
  • Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure.
  • Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
  • Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
What are you going to do:
  • Liaise daily with peers, operational management teams and the client.
  • Check all staff and visitor passes as they arrive on site.
  • Provide high standards of customer service at all times, including greeting customers.
  • Work with other members of the Security Team to manage emergencies including full evacuation of the building.
  • Maintain high levels of security of the building at all times.
  • Be highly vigilant for any suspicious person/packages/items and report as necessary.
  • Administer First Aid where necessary.
  • Conduct bag searches in accordance with site Assignment Instructions.
