Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly skilled individual to provide operational support in maintaining schedules and rosters, ensuring that the provision of Corps Security colleagues meets client expectations and contract requirements, whilst adhering to Corps Security quality procedures and commercial targets.
You will be working an average of 42 hours per week with a mixture of days and nights 07:00 – 19:00 or 19:00 – 07:00.

What you will need
- Previous experience in a similar role will be beneficial but not compulsory
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels
- High competency at creating databases and spreadsheet
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
- Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
What are you going to do
- Provide scheduling support to the shift supervisor during their duty
- Gain a full understanding of the functions covered at the client sites including Security, CCTV, Reception, and Business Support
- Effectively communicate and liaise with operational management teams and client contacts to ensure service standards are achieved
- Ensure staffing levels at all sites are maintained in conjunction with contractual requirements and any discrepancies are noted and reported to line management daily to allow appropriate remedial action to be taken
- Act as main point of contact for all officers and staff of Corps Security
- Provide rapid response to requests for emergency cover
- Notify Security Officers of their shifts with location, start time, to ensure all shifts are confirmed and recorded
- Process and maintain information in a confidential manner
- Produce fast and accurate information for customers as requested
- Ensure that all missed check calls are followed up, and reverse check calls where required
- Assist with enquiries from site-based colleagues, supporting departments and clients
- Place calls through to the relevant department or manager where necessary
- Assist operations teams in the management site-based incidents
- Provide training to other colleagues on the scheduling system, TrackTik
- Effectively communicate with the operations team ensuring any resource concerns are escalated in a timely manner
