What you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- A valid SIA Front‑Line License – essential.
- Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel).
- Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards.
What you will do:
- Take full ownership of the scheduling and rostering of all Corps Security colleagues, ensuring optimal coverage and operational efficiency.
- Support recruitment by advertising roles, screening CVs, arranging interviews with applicants and assisting with onboarding, in conjunction with site management teams and the recruitment co‑ordinator.
- Attend and provide operational input at regional and client monthly meetings.
- Liaise with the compliance team regarding vetting and SIA renewals where required.
- Support raising purchase orders, uniform ordering, sending out company pre‑drafted letters and taking minutes as required.
- Support new contract mobilisations.
- Carry out risk assessments.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties as directed.
