We are looking for a highly skilled SIA Licensed Operational Support Officer to provide a secure and safe environment for all staff & visitors on site. You will be working an average of 40 hours per week, covering Mon - Fri 08:00-16:00. This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

What You Will Need

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
  • A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential
  • A valid First-Aid qualification - essential
  • A valid SIA CCTV License - desirable
  • Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure
  • Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
  • Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards

What Are You Going To Do

  • Monitoring Absence & Sickness of contract
  • Forward planning all rosters up to 3 months completed/covering blowouts/pre planned sickness/holiday/using Corps Track Tik Scheduling systems
  • Producing Corps/Centrica and CBRE Monthly reporting
  • Monitoring and tracking both physical and all e-learning
  • Monitor & track FAW and book suitable courses for the team, liaising with compliance/SIA Courses
  • Monitoring/approving/declining and sourcing cover for all annual leave requests on both site roster and CMS
  • Attend monthly KPI’s & quarterly supplier review meetings
  • Track uniform and ensure everyone has the correct uniform whilst on duty
  • Deal with monthly pay queries (should be raised via case management on the portal)
  • Assist recruitment, review CV’s and sit in on interviews/if successful then put employee through vetting process/organise training shifts and get them setup on Centrica systems before starting
  • Management of all FOH and Switchboard documents and duty instructions
  • FOH - Monitor lockers & audits/stationary & audits/Flexible First
  • DSE Assessments
  • General admin & adhoc tasks from the Facilities
