Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Security Supervisor to join our team at Addleshaw Goddard, a prestigious law firm located in the heart of the City of London. Dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and taking great pride in their commitment to excellence in a professional and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will be meticulous and highly organised, pivotal in ensuring an exceptional greeting with a warm and professional demeanour. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, working collaboratively with the reception team. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the services and procedures, you will be responsible for delivering an end-to-end customer experience.
You will be working an average of 56 hours per week on a 5 Days, 3 off, 5 Days, 2 off rotation. Shifts will be from 19:00 - 07:00.

What you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential
- Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure.
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
- Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
What are you going to do:
- Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring the team are fulfilling all their daily tasks and adhering to Assignment Instructions and Corps Security policies.
- Monitor surveillance and alarm systems and respond to any security breaches/incidents in an efficient and timely manner - ensuring escalation processes are adhered to.
- Prompt and accurate submission of all necessary reports and performance measurement documentation to the appropriate departments.
- Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during emergencies.
- Regularly inspect security equipment (e.g. CCTV, Access Control, Alarms) and ensure proper functioning and upkeep.
- Investigate any security incidents, accidents, and breaches, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations.
- Ensure effective communication across departments with integrating security measures into all operational factors, including events, facility management, and safety for all persons on site.
- Attainment of Corps Security KPI’s and assist with investigation of apparent non-conformance.
- Stay up to date with security trends, technologies, and regulations, providing recommendations for system and procedural improvements.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
