We are looking for a highly skilled SIA Licensed Traffic Safety Officer/Receptionist who strives to deliver a service that ensures all employees, contractors, tenants and visitors comply with the on‑site driving and access policy to improve driver awareness and safety for authorised personnel on site. You will be working an average of 45 hours per week covering Mon‑Fri days. Shift pattern will be: Mon - Thurs 0700‑1630 and Fri 0700‑1400.

What You Will Need:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- A valid SIA Front‑Line License - essential
- A Full UK Driving License - essential
- Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure.
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
- Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
What Are You Going To Do:
- To use Lotus Notes Visitors database to ensure all visitors have been authorised to enter site by an on‑site sponsor
- To utilise Lotus Notes Database to capture the data for all visitors
- To assist potential visitors who do not have necessary authorisation to enter site
- Manage the process for registration of vehicles entering site and issuing appropriate vehicle pass
- Assisting the Induction Controller in managing the induction process including deputising for the Controller during absences
- Contribute to the smooth operation of card replacements and changes to data
- Monitor driver behaviour to ensure the on‑site driving policy is complied with, utilising CCTV assets to monitor speed limits, mobile phone use etc
- Instruct, advise, coach and educate when required to improve on‑site driving behaviours
- Conduct investigations into accidents/collisions incidents on site and make recommendations to prevent similar occurrences being repeated
- Conduct random vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle complies with regulations
- Perform ad‑hoc duties when requested
