Responsibilities
- Use Lotus Notes Visitors database to ensure all visitors are authorised by an on-site sponsor.
- Capture visitor data via Lotus Notes database.
- Assist visitors lacking necessary authorisation.
- Manage vehicle registration and issue vehicle passes.
- Assist the Induction Controller in managing induction and deputise during absences.
- Support card replacement and data change operations.
- Monitor driver behaviour with CCTV, ensuring compliance with on-site driving policy.
- Provide instruction, advice, coaching and education to improve driving behaviours.
- Investigate accidents/collisions on site and recommend preventive actions.
- Conduct random vehicle inspections to verify regulatory compliance.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
- Valid SIA Front-Line License – essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
- Confidence in establishing and maintaining effective relationships at all levels.
- Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards.
Working Hours & Shift Pattern
Average 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shift pattern: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:30; Friday 07:00-14:00.
