Who are we looking for?

We seek a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Officer to ensure a secure environment for staff and visitors. Responsibilities include access control, site inductions, patrols, emergency communication, and other duties as per Assignment Instructions. You will work approximately 56 hours per week, covering days, nights, and weekends, with shift times from 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00.

  • Maintain surveillance through regular patrols and recordkeeping.
  • Brief visitors and contractors, manage sign-in/out procedures.
  • Record deliveries and process related paperwork.
  • Ensure patrols meet standards.
  • Set and unset alarm systems for out-of-hours security.
  • Follow waste management procedures.
  • Complete logs, incident reports, and site-specific documentation.
  • Familiarize with Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, and safety documents; communicate improvements.
  • Keep training records updated, especially for first aid and fire marshal certifications.
  • Uphold professionalism and display your SIA license at all times.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.
