Overview
We are looking for a security & business support services manager to manage provision of services to clients within the CBRE portfolio ensuring contract and company performance targets both financial and operational are consistently met and/or exceeded. Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships is essential, as is the ability to keep up to date with market changes and opportunities such that Corps Security is retained as the security provider of choice to our customers. You will manage sites across Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all operational colleagues and have a full understanding of the functions covered including security guarding, electronic solutions such as CCTV & access control, key holding, reception and general business support.
- To be responsible for staffing levels of contracted, adâhoc and special events as per customer requirements.
- To liaise and meet with customers and key clients on a regular basis to review & record contract performance, agree budgets and ensure quality standards are consistently maintained, leading to contract retention.
- Attend monthly KPI meetings with the client.
- Monitor and manage revenue and costs in line with the current contract costing model and prepare monthly forecasts.
- Lead, manage and motivate direct reports, conduct annual appraisals or job chats.
- Identify areas for additional business, from both current & potential customers.
- Drive technology, intelligence and innovation within the security guarding portfolio.
- Manage personal training and career development, attend training sessions as and when required.
- Check and maintain the accuracy of the monthly & adâhoc invoicing to clients.
- Participate in Out of Hours/Duty Executive process as and when required.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- A valid SIA FrontâLine License â essential.
- A valid SIA CCTV License â desirable.
- Previous Security Management experience.
- Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
- Full UK Driving License â desirable.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft software packages (e.g. Excel).
- Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards.
