Corporé is looking for experienced Associate Case Managers with the capacity to take on new cases and support our industry-leading rehabilitation case management team. As one of the UK’s largest independent providers of rehabilitation case management services, absence management, injury management and risk management, Corporé supports individuals following catastrophic and multi-trauma accidents to achieve the best possible return to function, work and independence.

We’re seeking professionals with a background in Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Physiotherapy who are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation support and have experience in case management.

The Role

As an Associate Case Manager, you will carry out immediate needs assessments and proactively case manage clients who are often facing life-changing injuries. Using your clinical expertise and excellent communication skills, you’ll support clients to identify and achieve their goals, providing focused rehabilitation to facilitate an optimum return to work, function and independence.
