You will partner with a growing team of sales consultants, sales leaders, service delivery teams, and subject matter experts to develop compelling client solutions, strengthen strategic engagements, and ensure CSC’s proposals are commercially sound and operationally deliverable.

You will primarily support two of CSC’s largest business units, Corporate and Legal Solutions (CLS) and Global Financial Services (GFS), with a particular focus on complex, multinational, and cross-border opportunities. As a member of the Market Team, you will bring commercial judgement, operational expertise, and a strong understanding of client needs to help position CSC as a trusted partner. CSC serves a diverse international client base across more than 140 jurisdictions. You will work with colleagues and clients across countries, industries, and cultures, making international experience and additional language skills particularly valuable.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the qualification and development of complex new business opportunities, ensuring alignment between client requirements, CSC’s service capabilities, commercial objectives, and delivery model.
  • Shape strategic client solutions across CLS and GFS, working with sales leaders, service delivery teams, and subject matter experts to develop differentiated and commercially compelling propositions.
  • Play a senior role in client engagements, bringing subject matter expertise and advising on appropriate service models, delivery approaches, and value‑added solutions.
  • Lead the development of strategic proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and detailed scopes of work for complex and multinational opportunities.
  • Guide commercial structuring, including pricing strategy and solution design, balancing client requirements with operational feasibility and commercial sustainability.
  • Act as a senior link between sales and service delivery, bringing together the appropriate stakeholders to develop solutions that can be implemented effectively across jurisdictions and business units.
  • Partner with sales leadership on pipeline strategy, opportunity reviews, and win/loss analysis, identifying insights and actions that strengthen commercial performance.
  • Engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders across operations, legal, compliance, technology, and other specialist teams to ensure alignment throughout the sales process and readiness for implementation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional solution workshops for complex opportunities, translating client requirements into clear commercial and operational plans.
  • Contribute to CSC’s market positioning through industry insight, competitor analysis, and an understanding of evolving client requirements, helping strengthen propositions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support the development of strategic relationships with clients, prospects, intermediaries, and other business partners where appropriate.
  • Maintain strong commercial discipline and visibility across opportunities through effective use of CSC’s CRM platform and associated commercial data.
  • Represent the Market Team in senior internal discussions, client meetings, and regional or global forums as required.
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and internal workshops across the EMEA region.

What We’re Looking For

  • Seven or more years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, business development, client solutions, sales enablement, or service delivery within corporate services, professional services, financial services, or a related B2B environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience shaping complex client solutions and balancing client requirements, commercial considerations, and operational delivery.
  • Experience working with multinational or multi‑jurisdictional client engagements, ideally involving corporate governance, entity management, corporate administration, funds, or related financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex opportunities and coordinate senior stakeholders across sales, operations, legal, compliance, and other specialist functions.
  • Strong client‑facing capability, with the credibility and communication skills to engage, advise, and influence senior client and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience developing tailored proposals, leading RFP responses, and contributing to complex pricing and commercial arrangements.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable commercial and operational solutions.
  • Experience working effectively within a global, matrixed organisation and across international teams.
  • Strong judgement, organisation, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple high‑priority opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and commercial reporting or analytics tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional language skills are highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in business, law, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience advising or supporting multinational organisations, financial institutions, fund or asset managers, or other complex corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of multinational corporate structures, governance frameworks, entity management, and cross‑border compliance requirements.
  • Operational experience within corporate, legal, fiduciary, fund, or related professional services.
  • Knowledge of CSC’s CLS and GFS service areas or comparable corporate and financial services.
