CSC’s Global Subsidiary Management (GSM) Team offers corporate compliance and governance services to Fortune 500 companies in more than 140 countries. As a Global Subsidiary Coordinator, you will support the management of international entity portfolios by collaborating with internal team members and third‑party vendors to meet annual compliance deadlines, oversee ad‑hoc transactions, and assist with corporate secretarial and governance needs. A self‑motivated problem solver attuned to fast‑paced environments, you will prioritize tasks, maintain strong organizational skills, and work effectively with minimal direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GSM Service needs.
- Manage communications received from customers and third‑party vendors via Salesforce CRM.
- Review, respond, and initiate client requests in a timely manner, handling complex multi‑jurisdictional cases.
- Research and evaluate jurisdictional requirements for corporate filings and ad‑hoc compliance.
- Coordinate between the customer, CSC local office, and third‑party vendors to transfer entities to CSC.
- Communicate and collect KYC due diligence requirements as necessary.
- Assist customers with queries and provide on‑the‑spot status updates.
- Facilitate client and/or vendor calls to update on the status of open projects.
Qualifications
- Experience managing clients with extensive global presence.
- Been the primary point of contact for onboarding of GSM clients.
- Proficient in handling communications via Salesforce CRM between customers, CSC local office, and third‑party vendors.
