Job Description

Company Secretarial Manager
London
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid

Intro:
Our UK Corporate Services department is looking for a Company Secretarial Manager to join our expanding secretarial team, working in a fast-paced and international environment.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  1. With assistance from senior members of the team, managing a portfolio of clients from inception to dissolution, and managing up to 3 other members of your team.
  2. Ensuring companies abide by their statutory obligations including ensuring all statutory filings are undertaken in a timely manner.
  3. Preparing and circulating notices, agendas and board packs and attendance and minuting of board meetings.
  4. Drafting ad hoc minutes as and when required.
  5. Ensuring the companies registers are kept up to date and actively maintained as required.
  6. Dealing with correspondence received from third parties.
  7. Completion of internal compliance files for new clients.
  8. Liaising with clients, both local and international, and responding to queries and requests in a timely manner.
  9. Liaising with colleagues from Intertrust offices in other jurisdictions regarding mutual group clients.
  10. Assisting with ad-hoc projects and other such tasks as may be required.
  11. Working closely with internal finance and other departments as required.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  1. At least 3 years’ relevant working experience.
  2. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  3. Experienced Diligent user.
  4. Dedicated to pursuing a career in the corporate services industry.
  5. CGI (Chartered Governance Institute) qualification or drive and commitment to complete the same.
  6. Confidence to work independently as well as part of a team.
  7. Passionate about providing quality client service.
  8. High level of accuracy, good attention to detail.
  9. Willingness to be challenged and be flexible.
  10. Ability to work consistently in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Ability to work and communicate with colleagues and clients from multiple jurisdictions.
  12. Business and commercial awareness.
  13. Creative approach to problem solving.
