About the programme: Join colleagues from across Lloyd’s for three days of face-to-face workshops and networking, delving into the insurance industry. The programme is aimed at A-Level students (Years 12 & 13), to experience the global insurance marketplace, whilst gaining an insight into career opportunities within Lloyd’s. Please note, the Insight Week will take place in London and attendance is mandatory for all three days. We will provide lunch and refreshments and pay reasonable travel expenses, but you must be able to travel into London as we do not provide accommodation expenses.
What's involved? During the week you will undertake a number of workshops, including:
- Introduction to the Insurance industry
- Personal development workshops
- Introduction to Broking and Underwriting
- Introduction to Risk
- Recruitment hints and tips
- Meet our current graduates and apprentices
What are the minimum requirements?
- You must be in year 12 or 13
- You must be available 21st, 22nd and 23rd July
- You must live within a 40-mile radius of the Lloyd’s building and be able to travel to the building for all three days
