Our client is seeking to employ an experienced Production Manager with senior artworking experience in producing Annual Reports using Workiva. All round artworking skills are required for this role; however, specific experience of text heavy documents is imperative.

Candidates with 5-10 years experience in an agency working on corporate communications, preferably annual reports, would be ideal. The role will require the overseeing of the production team's workflow and assignments. This includes ensuring robust project planning, managing freelance resources during busy periods, and providing supportive leadership grounded in a strong understanding of the team's day-to-day challenges.

Serving as the agency's lead expert on Workiva, this individual will be the key resource for internal knowledge, advise clients effectively, and establish a standardized methodology for executing Workiva projects. Candidates will need to show portfolios with corporate literature and reports demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.

This agency not only produces Annual Reports but also Sustainability reports. The following applications will need to be used at a good level: Workiva, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel.
