Corporate Receptionist opportunity has arisen at a large global Law Firm in London with a salary range of £35k to £43k (dependent on experience).

Responsibilities include:

  • Reservations of Meetings & Executive Events
  • Providing 5* customer service and liaising with VIPs and UHNW individuals
  • Team support administration
  • Meeting and greeting clients, staff, and visitors in a warm, friendly manner
  • Utilising the meeting room calendar / meeting room software
  • Setting up conference calls
  • Overseeing the catering team for meeting room setups
  • Booking lunches and liaising with hospitality teams
  • Keeping check on office supplies and ordering if necessary
  • General administration (photocopy, fax, scanning)
  • Booking Travel and Accommodation

Essential Experience:

  • Previous FOH receptionist experience from either a company or a 4 or 5* Hotel, or ex-cabin crew experience
  • Wonderful communication and administration skills
  • Able to successfully communicate at the highest level
  • Ability to prioritise and have attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Excellent telephone manner, well presented and polite
  • A team player
  • Knowledge of MS Office
