At Corporate Traveller, we’re on a mission to take business travel to the next level. We are anything but ordinary. Part of the corporate division of the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), Corporate Traveller is one of FCTG's most successful brands globally. Our mission is to make the end-to-end travel experience faster, simpler and easier for our customers and to demonstrate ongoing value to decision-makers, travellers and bookers. We provide our customers with the perfect blend of personal, local service blended with our expert technology suite and the great choice and value which comes with being part of the FCTG family.

Corporate Traveller is the largest global business travel management company delivering dedicated travel expertise, unrivalled content and proprietary technology to SME organisations. As Acquisition Senior Marketing Manager for CT UK, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution of UK growth marketing — from demand generation campaigns and partner/referral programmes through to full-funnel performance and brand presence — in close alignment with the global brand plan and the SVP Global Marketing.

You will manage a team of three direct reports spanning campaigns, partnerships/referrals and a Senior Marketing Executive and will be the primary driver of pipeline generation and customer acquisition for the UK market. The role requires an individual who can work well under pressure, multi-task effectively and prioritise work according to changing business objectives. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with the SVP Global Marketing, sales leadership, internal stakeholders, external suppliers and clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute regional acquisition marketing programmes in close partnership with the SVP Global Marketing, sales and UK leadership to generate pipeline and support revenue goals.
  • Predominantly focus on demand generation but identify and build revenue opportunities across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Be the custodian of the CT brand and its consistent delivery in the UK market.
  • Manage and develop three direct reports: Campaigns Manager (Acquisition), Senior Marketing Executive, and Referrals & Partnerships Marketing Manager.
  • In conjunction with Digital Marketing: implement regionalised lead nurturing and lead generation campaigns; devise strategies to drive traffic to the website with a strong SEO, AEO and PPC plan; develop a regional content calendar across all platforms; and integrate digital strategy to support offline activity.
  • Localise and implement global initiatives including brand campaigns and product roll outs.
  • Create a regional internal communication and enablement plan to ensure awareness of marketing strategy, funnel acceleration and results.
  • Support initiatives around growing the active product use-base including adoption and retention.
  • Manage brand presence at field events, working with sales teams to ensure lead capture in CRM.
  • Work with the PR team to deliver an established PR plan including award submissions and sponsorships.
  • Develop regional printed brand collateral and merchandise.
  • Undertake offline advertising where content opportunities exist to promote brand, product or content.
  • Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews in line with FCTG people management frameworks.
  • Foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Support hiring and onboarding of team members as required.
  • Deliver monthly ROI reporting covering both offline and online results against agreed KPIs.
  • Continuously test, analyse and track results of all regional marketing activity — including KPIs, budgets, financial returns and ROI — and make recommendations to increase the quality and quantity of leads.
  • Maintain a regional marketing plan and calendar providing the SVP Global Marketing visibility of planned activity and performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Verbal and written communication skills capable of communicating effectively via written and verbal methods to a variety of audiences, both internal and external.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing role, with demonstrable experience in demand generation and acquisition-focused programmes.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team, set objectives, provide coaching and drive performance through others.
  • Meets tight deadlines; displays accuracy and attention to detail; prioritises tasks based on business objectives and targets.
  • Experience in events.
  • High levels of attention to detail and the ability to analyse and report effectively on ROI against agreed KPIs.
  • Able to think on your feet and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Demonstrates an aptitude for written English that fits with each brand's tone of voice.
  • Takes initiative, provides original solutions to challenges; self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to think outside the box.
  • Professional and collaborative when dealing with internal stakeholders and external suppliers; builds and sustains productive working relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; understanding of website content management, CRM tools (Salesforce) and the ability to interpret marketing data from BI platforms.
