CTM Academy is a Corporate Travel Management (CTM) training and development programme that provides an opportunity for people new to the industry to learn the ins and outs of being a Travel Consultant.

- Learn customer service – phone, email and in-person.
- Learn geography – be skilled in air routes, rail routes and hotels.
- Learn the systems – reservations, fares, modifications & cancellations.
- Learn the lingo! Phonetic alphabet & travel jargon.
Where: In our Glasgow office located on Nelson Mandela Place.
When: The training will take place throughout July 2025.
The details: There will be dedicated trainers on site. The programme consists of 1 assessment halfway through and 1 final assessment.
Once skilled and successful in the assessment you’ll be offered a ‘junior business travel consultant’ position where you’ll then be able to continue your growth journey.
