About the Role
The purpose of the role of Executive Assistant (EA) is to provide high-level administrative support to the Regional C-Suite to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of each executive's office. This integral role will prioritize the provision of support across three executives to ensure they enhance efficiency and productivity by taking on a range of tasks and responsibilities from travel bookings, expense and diary management to consolidating and preparing reports and responses to queries.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, including supporting multiple executives.
- Proven success in collaborating with key stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication, relationship management and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and office equipment, including demonstrated ability to research or learn new ways of applying technology.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality of work.
- Ability to write clearly, professionally and concisely with strong grammar, punctuation, writing, editing, layout and design skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across regional audiences and understand cultural differences.
- Ability to adapt writing and speaking style to all audiences, including executive and senior leaders, Board members, and all other employees.
- Proactive engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work at pace and under pressure to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects, with effective planning, resource utilization and status reporting; flexible hours across global time zones.
- Proactive, autonomous, self-starter capable of prioritizing, being resourceful, adaptable, initiating ideas, using judgment and initiative, and solving problems.
- Experience with travel bookings, expense management and diary management is preferred.

What to expect from the recruitment process
Every hire starts with a chat with our Talent Acquisition team; if your profile is selected you will be contacted by phone or email (please check your spam folder). Then, if you are progressing, the hiring manager will invite you to an interview, usually on Teams. If you are successful we will invite you to our office for a final stage interview. Wherever possible we will provide you with feedback; however we are a small team and often we won't be able to do so until after we fill the vacancy.
