This role is full time and ideally fully office based if local to our Bradford office. We will consider a fully remote role for the right candidate. Working hours for this role are 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.

The role involves working in a team of 10, booking all aspects of travel for one of our major public sector clients. You will be providing a high level of customer service, guidance and support using predominantly email to enable the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the department.
What you have:
- Must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years
- At least 5 years’ recent experience as a Business Travel Consultant across all areas of travel management
- Sound, proven GDS experience – ideally with Sabre but we will train you
- Experience in the UK market
- Excellent email etiquette
- A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make things happen
- Ability to learn many different systems – we use quite a few!
- Are a good team player and are willing to support others in the team
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing high level customer service mainly via email
- Assisting with all reservations and aspects of travel including air, hotel, rail and car reservations and any other travel related requests received via any client and partners
- Assisting with emergency actions and contingency plans
- Ensuring client travel policies are adhered to correctly
- Ensuring all SLA’s and KPI’s are consistently met
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues in the appropriate offices
- Ensuring that all administration, both internal and external is of the highest standard
- Responding to any other reasonable duties/tasks as may be requested by your Manager or other departmental Managers
