About the Role

We’re seeking an Airline fares and ticketing Specialist who blends technical expertise with creative thinking. This role covers the full pricing lifecycle—from fare strategy and filing to ticket issuance—while navigating the complexities of multiple currencies, PCCs, and global markets which involves analysing bookings, market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to identify opportunities to maximise revenue while delivering cost savings to clients. The specialist works closely with revenue management, sales, and distribution teams to support promotional pricing, new market launches, and special projects.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of airline fare rules, net fare contracts, corporate fare construction, and ticketing logic. If you’re someone who enjoys solving pricing puzzles, challenging traditional approaches, working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring fares work at the point of sale, this role is for you.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in airline fares, pricing, and ticket issuance
  • Strong understanding of fare rules, airline net fare contracts and corporate fare contracts fare construction, and ticketing logic
  • Experience working with multiple currencies and multiple PCCs
  • High level of GDS experience
  • Creative, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Effective communicator who collaborates well across teams internally and externally
  • Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Approachable and flexible outlook.

What to expect from the recruitment process

  • Every hire starts with a chat with our Talent Acquisition team, if your profile is selected you will be contacted by phone or email (please check your spam folder);
  • Then, if you are progressing, the hiring manager will invite you to an interview, usually on Teams;
  • If you are successful we will invite you to our office for a final stage interview.
