CTM Academy is a Corporate Travel Management (CTM) training and development programme that provides an opportunity for people new to the industry to learn the ins and outs of being a Travel Consultant.

  • Learn customer service – phone, email and in-person.
  • Learn geography – be skilled in air routes, rail routes and hotels.
  • Phonetic alphabet & travel jargon.

Where: In our Glasgow office located on Nelson Mandela Place.

When: The training will take place throughout July 2025.

Once skilled and successful in the assessment you’ll be offered a ‘junior business travel consultant’ position where you’ll then be able to continue your growth journey.

Assessment Day: 26th April 2025 in our Glasgow office.
