This position requires excellent organisational and communication skills to manage all aspects of an event, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, budgeting, and some on-site logistics. The coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring every detail aligns with the event’s goals and exceeds participant expectations. With a proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities, the Event Coordinator is responsible for anticipating challenges and adapting plans to deliver seamless, memorable events that enhance the organisation\’s brand and objectives. Key Responsibilities Supporting Senior Event Operations Manager, working across multiple projects Supporting with information for proposals Collaborative working with clients on shared Smartsheet’s Delegate management including dealing with enquires Rooming list management Contracting Supplier liaison Administration duties including managing and updating databases Supporting with budgets and cost tracking Supporting with on-site delivery Skills Then, if you are progressing, the hiring manager will invite you to an interview, usually on Teams; If you are successful we will invite you to our office for a final stage interview.
