The Sport division is a key growth area for the organisation, supported by strong investment and collaboration across the wider business. The role will play a central part in shaping processes, driving efficiencies, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance service delivery for key sporting clients.

Operating in a fast-paced and competitive environment, the Project Director must demonstrate resilience, commercial awareness, and a proactive leadership style. In return, the successful candidate will be supported by an engaged and collaborative organisation that values initiative, encourages new ideas, and is committed to enabling long-term success within the global sports sector.

With a strong operational mindset, the role will oversee detailed planning and execution while maintaining a strategic view of priorities, risks, and outcomes.

The Project Director will be accountable for the accommodation strategy, including complex rooming blocks and inventory management, alongside full ownership of financial performance.
