At CTM, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We know that our diverse team is the reason CTM is the award-winning TMC we are today, which is why recruiting like-minded travel enthusiasts is an important part of our business’ success and growth.
CTM is an award-winning provider of travel service solutions spanning corporate, events and sports markets. Headquartered and founded in Australia, CTM has offices all around the world, including Europe, Asia, North America, Australia and New Zealand.
As a Junior Business Solutions Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of operations, technology, and client delivery across our Meetings & Events and Sports Travel teams. You’ll work closely with operational teams to design, maintain and improve the tools they use day-to-day to deliver complex events and travel programmes.
Smartsheet is our primary platform for operational delivery and collaboration, and much of your work will focus on building, enhancing, and supporting Smartsheet solutions that help teams plan, track and report effectively. Alongside this, you’ll develop a broader understanding of event technology and operational systems used across the business.
One day you might be improving an existing workflow to make an Ops team’s day easier; the next you could be supporting a client demo, mapping out a process, or helping deliver a solution for a major sports event. You’ll work closely with a senior Business Solutions Manager, gradually taking ownership of smaller solutions while building confidence and autonomy over time.
This role is about problem-solving, systems thinking and turning real operational challenges into scalable tools. It’s ideal for someone with strong foundations in workflow or collaboration platforms who wants to grow into a solutions-focused role that blends technology, process design and client interaction.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Smartsheet or a comparable workflow / collaboration platform (e.g. Airtable, Asana, Monday.com), with the ability to quickly adapt to Smartsheet.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining structured workflows, dashboards and automations.
- Experience working with formulas and structured data logic, including Smartsheet formulas and Excel-style functions with the ability to troubleshoot and improve existing logic.
- Experience working in a project-based environment (preferred).
- Experience in Events, Sports Travel or professional services (preferred).
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys improving how teams work.
- Comfortable speaking with stakeholders and clients, even if you’re still building confidence.
- Someone who takes ownership, asks good questions and has a positive mindset.
Join our crew and help CTM take flight. Apply now and pack your skills for a business travel journey that promises growth, discovery and plenty of first-class moments.
