This role reports to the Operations Team Manager. This role is fully remote, working 30 hours per week. Shifts for this role are 17:30-01:00 and either a Saturday or Sunday 1 shift of 8 hours between 07:00-23:00.

The role
Working in a team of 10 in our CTM24 team, based across the UK and France, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality travel support to all our corporate clients outside standard business hours. You will handle urgent travel requests, booking amendments, last-minute itinerary changes and disruption management.
What you have
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Travel Consultant across all areas of travel management
- Sound, proven GDS experience – we will train you on Sabre
- Ability to turnaround fare recalculations and ticket reissues quickly
- Experience in the international market
- Excellent phone and email etiquette
- Able to commit to 3-4 weeks of initial training at our London or Glasgow office if needed
- You are a team player, resilient and work well under pressure – you will deal with a lot of stressed clients!
What you’ll be doing
- Providing high level customer service by phone and email
- Assisting with all reservations and aspects of travel including air, hotel, rail and car reservations and any other travel related requests received via any client and partners
- Assisting with emergency actions and contingency plans
- Ensuring client travel policies are adhered to correctly
- Ensuring all SLA’s and KPI’s are consistently met
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues in the appropriate offices
- Ensuring that all administration, both internal and external is of the highest standard
- Responding to any other reasonable duties/tasks as may be requested by your Manager or other departmental Managers
