About the Role
We’re seeking an airline fares and ticketing Specialist who blends technical expertise with creative thinking. This role covers the full pricing lifecycle—from fare strategy and filing to ticket issuance—while navigating the complexities of multiple currencies, PCCs, and global markets. This involves analysing bookings, market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to identify opportunities to maximise revenue while delivering cost savings to clients. The specialist works closely with revenue management, sales, and distribution teams to support promotional pricing, new market launches, and special projects. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of airline fare rules, net fare contracts, corporate fare construction, and ticketing logic. If you’re someone who enjoys solving pricing puzzles, challenging traditional approaches, working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring fares work at the point of sale, this role is for you.
Skills
If you are progressing, the hiring manager will invite you to an interview, usually on Teams. If you are successful, we will invite you to our office for a final stage interview. Wherever possible we will provide you with feedback; however, we are a small team and often we won’t be able to do so until after we fill the vacancy.
CTM is a responsible employer and is dedicated to conducting thorough right to work checks in the interests of both parties, candidates and the company. Candidates selected and invited to an interview will be invited to a mandatory 15 min call with the TA lead to produce their RTW documents. This call is a mandatory step for all candidates regardless of their RTW status. This call is confidential and conducted by HR professionals only.
