The role acts as the lead point of contact for a dedicated client, coordinating multiple small to medium group air bookings with the Operations Director and wider M&E team to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service.
You will manage end-to-end travel coordination, project management, budgets, and supplier negotiations, with occasional on-site support and travel to client sites as needed.
