About the Role: To coordinate, manage, and develop the CTM Partner Program (CPP), overseeing a global portfolio of partners and ensuring effective execution of agreed strategies, standards, and commitments between CTM and its partner network. CPP is a critical component of the evolution of CTM’s global business offering, supporting growth, product adoption, and success in winning and retaining client business across key verticals, including Transient, Marine & Offshore, Meetings & Events, Product, and the Global Hotel Program.
The successful candidate will:
- Act as the main point of contact between CTM and its partners, driving governance, operational discipline, and consistent execution across the Partner Program, while accelerating the commercial activation and adoption of CTM products and supplier programs through the partner network.
- Drive measurable partner value and ROI by ensuring members actively realise the benefits of CPP, while stabilising, aligning, and strengthening the partner network across all membership tiers.
- Own partner performance against agreed standards, ensuring adherence to CTM and customer service levels, actively monitoring targets, and leading corrective actions where expectations are not met.
- Represent CTM and its partner network with credibility and authority in all internal and external engagements, reinforcing CTM standards, positioning, and long-term strategic intent.
Core Skills:
- Strong negotiation and presentation capability, with demonstrated experience presenting to and challenging C-level stakeholders in a B2B environment.
- Solid understanding of corporate travel technology and operations, including multiple GDSs, online booking tools, expense management platforms, and traveller tracking solutions.
- Ability to operate cross-functionally across business verticals (e.g. Meetings & Events), partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partner relevance, inclusion, and sustained value delivery.
- Comprehensive grasp of end-to-end operational standards, from front-line servicing and tool requirements through to back-office processes and retrospective reporting.
- Clear understanding of commercial and financial dynamics, including partner economics, revenue models, and the broader CTM business context.
- Advanced working proficiency in core business tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce.
- Additional languages preferred (Spanish and/or Portuguese).
