About the Role
The role of Financial Controller is to provide support and coaching to your team members, as well as assisting the Head of Accounting and Control in the control of the finance and accounting policies, practices and procedures of CTM Europe. It will also include the compliance with statutory requirements, preparation of monthly financial reports, accounting records, variance analysis and ad hoc reporting, allowing senior management to make informed business decisions and thereby improve our profitability. Regular visits to the Bradford office is an expectation of the role (must attend during month end).
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant ACA/ACCA or other recognised international qualification
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Focused on deliverables and deadlines
- Ability to manage team members
- Ability to provide clear and understandable analysis for the management/stakeholders
- Demonstrated effective written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage change in a positive manner
