CTM Group is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to establish, lead, and oversee the risk and compliance framework for CTM UK/EU. You will ensure adherence to UK regulatory, contractual and ethical obligations while proactively mitigating operational and reputational risks in corporate travel.
The role reports to the Head of Legal and requires 5–10 years in compliance/risk governance, preferably in TMC or regulated sectors, with strong knowledge of UK travel regulations and suppliers
