About the Role
The role of Financial Controller is to provide support and coaching to your team members, as well as assisting the Head of Accounting and Control in the control of the finance and accounting policies, practices and procedures of CTM Europe. It will also include the compliance with statutory requirements, preparation of monthly financial reports, accounting records, variance analysis and ad hoc reporting, allowing senior management to make informed business decisions and thereby improve our profitability. Regular visits to the Bradford office is an expectation of the role (must attend during month end).

Then, if you are progressing, the hiring manager will invite you to an interview, usually on Teams; If you are successful we will invite you to our office for a final stage interview. Wherever possible we will provide you with feedback, however we are a small team and often we won’t be able to do so until after we fill the vacancy.
