This role reports to the Operations Team Manager. This is a full-time role that can be hybrid, working from one of our UK offices (London, Bradford, Glasgow) 3 days per week, or fully remote. The working hours for this role are between 8 am and 6 pm, with shifts provided months in advance.

The role
Working in a team of 9 alongside 7 other Business Travel Consultants, you will manage all aspects of travel for our clients. You will provide a high level of support to clients, consulting and advising them on the best solutions for their travel. You will use a variety of communication methods to ensure precision and smooth running of operations within the department.
What you have
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Travel Consultant across all areas of travel management, particularly within the finance sector
- Sound, proven GDS experience, Sabre preferred
- Experience using Freshdesk
- Experience in the global market
- Ability to confidently advise and educate on all aspects of travel
- Must be able to work independently and be confident in your decision making
- Professional / native English and German languages
What you’ll be doing
- Providing high level customer service to our range of clients
- Assisting with all reservations and aspects of travel including air, hotel, rail and car reservations and any other travel related requests
- Assisting with emergency actions and contingency plans
- Ensuring client travel policies are adhered to correctly
- Ensuring all SLA’s and KPI’s are consistently met
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues in the appropriate offices
- Ensuring that all administration, both internal and external is of the highest standard
- Responding to any other reasonable duties/tasks as may be requested by your Manager or other departmental Managers

- If you are successful, you will then complete a Sabre test to confirm your level of knowledge.
- If you successfully pass the Sabre test, we will then invite you to our office for a final stage interview with the Operations Team Manager and Operations Director.
