The predicted salary is between 27000 - 28000 £ per year.

This is a full-time role; this role can be hybrid, working from one of our UK offices (London, Bradford, Glasgow) 3 days per week; or fully remote. The working hours for this role are between 8 am and 6 pm, shift, the rota is given months in advance.

Working in a team of 9 alongside 7 other BTCs, you will manage all aspects of travel for our clients. You will be providing a high level of support to clients, consulting and advising them on the best solutions for their travel.

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Travel Consultant across all areas of travel management, particularly within the finance sector.
  • Ability to confidently advise and educate on all aspects of travel.
  • Professional / native English and German languages.
  • Providing high level customer service to our range of clients.
  • Assisting with all reservations and aspects of travel including air, hotel, rail and car reservations and any other travel related requests.
  • Ensuring client travel policies are adhered to correctly.
