About CTM

CTM is an award-winning provider of travel service solutions spanning corporate, events and sports markets. Headquartered and founded in Australia, CTM has offices all around the world, including Europe, Asia, North America, Australia and New Zealand.

ABOUT THE ROLE

CTM is looking for a driven and experienced corporate travel sales professional to join the CTM Partner Network team as Director of Sales of Partner Network. This is a new business hunting role at its core and you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing corporate travel accounts across the CTM Partner Network globally.

What makes this role distinctive is the commercial engine behind it. You will work in close partnership with CTM's Partner Program (CPP) which is a curated global network of travel management companies and strategic partners using it as both a source of warm opportunities and a delivery capability that extends CTM's reach into markets and segments it could not serve alone. You will know when to bring a partner in, how to structure the opportunity collaboratively, and how to position CTM's solutions to win.

In practice, this means building your pipeline by actively leveraging the CPP network; working with partners to surface and develop opportunities and executing joint sales approaches with both CPP partners and CTM's own regional sales teams to support and win multinational business. You will be the commercial connector: the person who knows which partner to bring to the table, when to loop in CTM sales colleagues, and how to bring a complex multinational deal together and sell directly.

This is a role for someone who is energised by winning new business, comfortable operating independently, and sharp enough to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments. You will be supported by a strong brand, a differentiated product suite, and a network of partners who want to see you succeed.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record of new business success in corporate travel sales, with demonstrable experience winning and closing complex accounts. This is a hunter role and results matter.
  • Experience working within or alongside a partner, channel, or franchise network, with a clear understanding of how to originate and structure collaborative commercial opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute joint sales pursuits across multiple organisations, coordinating internal teams and external partners around a shared commercial outcome.
  • Strong understanding of multinational corporate travel requirements and the operational complexity of delivering travel programmes across multiple markets.
  • Solid knowledge of corporate travel technology and operations, including GDS platforms, online booking tools, expense management, and traveller tracking solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the credibility to engage C-suite, procurement, and finance stakeholders in a complex B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills; able to build a compelling commercial case and navigate multi-party buying processes.
  • Good working knowledge of travel management company operations, enabling credible engagement with both clients and CTM's internal teams.
  • Commercially astute — understands pricing dynamics, partner economics, and revenue models across direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Highly organised and execution-focused, with strong pipeline discipline and the ability to manage multiple high-value opportunities in parallel.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and energised by winning;able to work independently across a global network and remain driven through a long sales cycle.
  • Collaborative by nature and understands that complex deals are won through strong internal and partner relationships, not just individual effort.
  • Advanced working proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage (French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese particularly welcome).
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 30% to support partner relationships, client engagements, and commercial objectives.
